Summary of client survey results:

  • Overall level of satisfaction: 4.9 out of 5.0
  • 93% of our clients are Very Satisfied with the overall relationship. The industry average over the last five years for other advisory firms is 77%.*
  • 98% of all clients are either Very Satisfied or Somewhat Satisfied with the overall relationship.
  • Response Rate: 54% of all RCG clients responded to our client survey.
  • 57% of the clients responding to the survey have been with the firm more than 10 years.

* In November, 2009, Advisor Impact published a report entitled ’50,000 Clients Can’t Be Wrong’ which provided data and insights based on data collected from 56,000 clients during the five-year period between 2004 and 2008.
