RCG has ramped up our communications over the last few weeks to provide you with relevant and timely information on the COVID-19 pandemic. Our commitment to you is to remain consistent, intentional, and proactive with our communications. However, we know that the flow of continuous information can be overwhelming—especially during a crisis. With that in mind, we will only send correspondence that we feel is timely and useful for you. To comply with the recent Orange County Emergency Executive Order, and to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff, all employees will work from home beginning Friday, March 27. We will continue our remote work environment until given the “all clear” from our county mayor and government authorities. Our office phone lines will be operational during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
During this time, we encourage you to transfer documents through our secure, client-friendly virtual vault. Currently documents can be received through the U.S. Mail but there may be delays.
